DESCRIPTION & APPLICATIONS :
Modern low heat input electrode for repairing, joining and build-ups of valves made of 174 PH SS, ASTM 564, AISI 630 and some other precipitation- hardening stainless steels. Controlled hardness allows joining and build ups on several layers.
Joining, repairs and build- ups on almost all kind of valves made of 174 PH SS, ASTM 564, AISI 630 grades of steels.
UNIQUE FEATURES :
- Chrome-nickel-moly-copper-niobium alloy combination.
- Soft fusion, nil spatter, self releasing slag.
- High tensile strength with controlled hardness, ideal for joining and build-ups.
- Weld deposit is fully machinable with tungsten carbide tools.
- Crack free weld deposits.
