SUPERTRODE A 93Repair - Joining Electrode
DESCRIPTION & APPLICATIONS :
Supertrode A-93 is an AC-weldable rutile-coated electrode with an alloyed core, suitable for joining corrosion-proof, highly heat-proof, & non-scaling CrNi- steels which are subject to service temperatures upto 1100° C.
The electrode is also suitable for joint welding Cr-, CrSi-, and CrAl steels and for cladding low alloy base metals. The weld metal alloy is highly hot-crack-proof & chemical corrosion resistant.
Supertrode A-93 is mainly used in furnace-construction, for fittings and pipelines.
UNIQUE FEATURES :
- This electrodes keeps temperature as low as possible during welding annealing to 250 0C and post-weld tempering to 700 0C as required on ferritic base materials.
